The skiing
The terrain is broad and mostly intermediate, with the World Cup Saslong run adding some bite and the Sella Ronda offering a full day loop. The views are simply spectacular.
The village and the evenings
The villages are traditional and welcoming, known for their woodcarving heritage and good local food. They feel authentic and grounded.

Innsbruck is about two hours away over the Brenner, with Verona a similar distance to the south.
