The skiing
The terrain is broad and mostly intermediate, with enough variety to keep a mixed group happy across the linked areas. It is a comfortable, unshowy place to ski.
The village and the evenings
The village keeps its chalet charm and a genuine local feel, with good restaurants and a relaxed evening scene. It is quieter than the big names and better for it.
