The skiing
The terrain is mostly gentle and intermediate, wonderful for cruising the loop, and the long season runs from late autumn well into spring. Almost everything is ski in and ski out.
The village and the evenings
The village is functional rather than pretty, built for convenience, with a cheerful after ski scene. It is all about maximising time on reliable snow.
